We appreciate your interest in bidding on products and services for the Columbus City Schools (CPS).  If you wish to respond to a bid solicitation, click on the description, print it, and submit it by the due date and time.

Please note that your bid will be considered "non-responsive" if you have not obtained a vendor number by the bid due date and time.   You may obtain a vendor number by completing a vendor application found here.   We must have proof of business liability insurance to process vendor applications.

We need a minimum of 24 hours to complete the application process.  If the bid in which you are interested has a due date of less than 24 hours, please complete the vendor application knowing that you will not be eligible for the current bid and then check our web site for future bids.

CPS will not be held responsible for bids that are classified as non-responsive because vendor applications are not completed by the due date and time because of lack of processing time or insurance companies that do not submit insurance certificates in a timely fashion.
